Tuesday is my work-from-home day so that also mean pork roll for breakfast. I have a lot of leftovers from Cinco de Mayo so I figured I’d put that to use as well.
It’s 2012! It’s a different world from when our fathers grew up. Our pork roll pac men can hang out in the fry pan and do whatever comes natural, right? I guess it depends on whose kitchen they are in.
Not for the faint of heart! This morning’s pork roll dee-lite was Taylor pork roll and sharp cheddar on an english muffin topped with…WASABI SAUCE???!!! Yes, that’s right folks, in all its artificially green goodness (with a nod to Yellow 5 and Blue 1).
