Saturday morning brought me the venerable Asbury Park institution known as Frank’s. Frank’s has been around for over 50 years so they know what they’re doing. Serving up big breakfast sandwiches and full breakfasts to the locals at a fair price. Guess what I ordered? The pork roll egg and cheese was served up on a requisite hard roll with or without poppy seeds. The three slices of pork roll were fried up on the busy flat top and joined the perfectly done fried egg. Nice and runny (check out the pic).
